LEGACY WEALTH ACCELERATOR SERVICE AGREEMENT:

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Legacy Wealth Accelerator with Patricia Missakian hosted by Akashic Records Institute Inc. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the program. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating.

2. Program Details

The Legacy Wealth Accelerator is hosted by Patricia Missakian, as your instructor. The program will be conducted on Zoom, and replays are available in the members' area. The program is offered as a pay-in-full or 12-month option per participant.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for the Legacy Wealth Accelerator are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or chargebacks will be granted or accepted under any circumstances. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information.

4. Eligibility

The Legacy Wealth Accelerator Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Participants must have an email account to receive access to the program's members' area.

5. Program Content

Participants will gain access to live sessions and replays for all sessions. All program content is the intellectual property of Akashic Records Institute Inc. and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected during the program will not be shared by Patricia Missakian.

7. Communication

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the program. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

9. Termination

Patricia Missakian reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Legacy Wealth Accelerator access after your 1-year access, in part or in whole, at its discretion, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Akashic Records Institute and Patricia Missakian herself shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising from your participation in the Legacy Wealth Accelerator Program.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Akashic Records Institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes. By participating in the Legacy Wealth Accelerator, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
